These terms cover your use of this website and cleaning services booked with S&P Cleaning Co.. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them. If something here doesn't make sense, just ask us before you book.

Quotes

Prices on this website are starting points. Your quote is based on what you tell us about your home (size, condition, pets, extras) and any photos you share. If the home is meaningfully different from what was described when we arrive, we'll talk with you about an updated price before doing extra work. Each quote shows how long it's valid.

Scheduling, access, and cancellations

We'll confirm your appointment date and arrival window. Please make sure we can get in (you're home, or you've shared access instructions) and that pets are secured if needed. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is included with your quote. If you need to change a visit, tell us as early as you can.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed unless your quote says otherwise. We'll let you know the payment methods we accept. Offers and discount codes apply as described on the offer, can't be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

What we don't clean

For everyone's safety we don't handle biohazards (such as bodily fluids, mold remediation, or pest infestations), move heavy furniture, or work at unsafe heights. Please put away valuables, cash, and fragile keepsakes before your visit.

We clean, we don't organize

We're house cleaners, not professional organizers. We don't declutter, sort, or decide where your belongings go. Please pick up clothes, toys, mail, and other items before your visit. Anything left out on floors, counters, or furniture will be neatly stacked in place so we can clean around it. A home with a lot of clutter takes longer and may need an updated quote.

If something isn't right

Tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of your clean, and we'll work with you to make it right. If something is damaged during a visit, let us know right away so we can look into it together.

Please use the site and its forms only to request or ask about our services, and give us accurate information. The content on this site belongs to S&P Cleaning Co.. We do our best to keep it accurate, but it's provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
