Post-Construction Cleaning
The work is done. Now the dust goes too.
Renovations and builds leave fine dust and residue on every surface. We clean it out so the space is ready to live in, list, or hand over.

Our approach
Construction dust takes a different plan.
Dust doesn't stay where you wipe it. The order we work in is most of the job.
Step 1: Top down, dust first
Fine dust settles everywhere and resettles fast. We work from ceilings and ledges down to floors so it doesn't land on surfaces we've already cleaned.
Step 2: Every surface, inside and out
Cabinets inside and out, fixtures, hardware, outlet covers, vents, returns, sills, and tracks. The spots dust hides in.
Step 3: Residue, carefully
Paint specks, adhesive, and haze removed where it's safe for the surface. If something needs a specialist, we'll tell you.
Step 4: Floors last
Vacuumed, then mopped, so the space is ready to walk through, photograph, or move into.

Pricing
Custom quote.Priced for your project, not by the hour.
Post-construction cleaning is always a custom quote. Tell us about the project and add a few photos of the space. We'll review it and follow up with a price before anything is scheduled.
Every quote is written for your specific home, with what's included spelled out.
What affects the price
- Size of the area that was worked on
- Amount of dust and residue
- Number of kitchens, baths, and rooms involved
- Whether the home is occupied
- Your hand-off or move-in date
How it works
Simple from the first message.
Tell us what needs cleaning. We'll take care of the rest.
Tell us about your home
A short form: the address, rough size, what kind of clean, and when. Photos help but aren't required. Takes about two minutes.
We send your quote
We look over the details and send a clear price for your home before anything is scheduled.
We clean
We show up in the window we agreed on, bring our own supplies, and work the checklist room by room.
You come home to clean
Set your keys down and enjoy it. If anything isn't right, tell us. We'd rather hear it than not.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Don't see your question? Ask it in the quote form's notes and we'll answer it with your quote.
When should I schedule a post-construction clean?
After the work is finished and the trades are out. If dust-producing work is still happening, the space will just get dusty again.
Do you haul away construction debris?
No. Heavy debris, leftover materials, and haul-away aren't included unless we've quoted them separately. We clean the dust and residue left behind.
Can you remove paint or adhesive?
We remove paint specks and adhesive residue where it's safe for the surface. If something looks risky to remove, we'll point it out instead of guessing.
Why does it need a custom quote?
Every project is different. A one-room refresh and a whole-home renovation aren't the same job. Photos and a short description help us price it fairly.
Do you work with contractors?
Yes. Share the project details and your hand-off date in the quote form and we'll coordinate from there.
