Why we started this.

Hi. We're Sierrah and Parris, a husband and wife in Chesapeake, and S&P Cleaning Co. is our company.

We started it because we wanted a cleaning company we'd trust in our own house. One where you know who's coming, they show up when they said they would, the price is clear, and if something gets missed you can just say so and it gets fixed.

That's still the plan. Do good, careful work in homes around Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, be easy to reach, and treat every house like someone lives there and cares about it. Because someone does.

  1. We get to know your home

    We keep notes on your home and your preferences, so each visit picks up where the last one left off.

  2. We bring everything

    Supplies, equipment, the vacuum. You don't need to buy or set out a thing. If you'd rather we use a specific product on a surface, leave it out and tell us.

  3. We work from a written checklist

    Every service has one, and we follow it top to bottom. Consistency shouldn't depend on memory or on how the day is going.

  4. We quote it ourselves

    We look at what you sent and price your home specifically. Starting prices are public, and you'll have the final number in writing before anything is scheduled.

  5. Tell us if anything's off

    If something isn't right, tell us. A missed spot, a preference we didn't catch, anything. It's how we get better at your house specifically.

    Starting prices are on the site. Your quote is in writing, and if a job turns out bigger than described, we talk before we charge.

    We arrive in the window we agreed on. If something changes on our end, you'll hear from us before, not after.

    Every service has a written checklist, so the tenth clean looks like the first.

    A short form or a text is all it takes to get a quote or book a clean.
