S&P Cleaning Co. (“S&P”, “we”, “us”) is a locally owned home cleaning company in Chesapeake, Virginia. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website or book with us, and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to quote, schedule, and take care of your cleaning, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• What you tell us in our quote, contact, and realtor forms: your name, phone, email, service address, details about your home (size, rooms, pets, condition), preferred dates, notes, and any photos you choose to upload.
• Booking and service records: quotes, scheduled visits, payments received, and notes that help us clean your home the way you like it.
• Basic website activity: pages visited, device type (phone or computer), how you found us (for example, a flyer QR code, a referral link, or a search), and progress through the quote form. We measure this ourselves. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

Cookies and browser storage

We store a few small items in your browser (local storage) so the site works well: an anonymous visit ID, which flyer or link brought you here so an offer can be applied, and your quote form progress so you don't lose it if you step away. Our admin area uses sign-in cookies for our own staff. You can clear this storage anytime in your browser settings.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your quote, schedule visits, and do the work.
• To contact you about your quote, appointments, and payment, by the method you choose (call, text, or email).
• After a visit, to ask how we did or invite a review. You can tell us to stop anytime.
• To understand which of our flyers, links, and pages actually help people find us.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your quote, scheduling, and service. These are conversational messages from us, not automated marketing blasts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business, and only so they can do that job: website hosting (Vercel), our secure database (Convex), and email delivery (Resend). If you were referred by a real-estate agent, that agent may know we're cleaning the property. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records for as long as you're a customer and as long as we need them for taxes and business records. Photos uploaded with a form that was never submitted are deleted automatically.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@spcleaningco.com or call or text (757) 609-8792.

Security and children

We use reputable providers with encrypted connections, and only the owners can access customer records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with your information. This site is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
