What's the difference between Property Ready and a deep clean?
Property Ready includes the inside of cabinets, drawers, and appliances, plus before and after photos and a final staging check. It's designed for homes being listed, sold, or moved in and out of.
Can you work around a photography or closing date?
Yes. Add your photo, listing, or closing date to the request and we'll plan the clean around it. The earlier you reach out, the more options we'll have.
Does the home need to be empty?
No. We clean both occupied and vacant homes. Vacant homes let us reach everything, which is why move-out cleans are so thorough.
Do you remove leftover items or trash?
Normal household trash, yes. Furniture, large items, and junk removal aren't included. Let us know what's there and we'll talk it through.
How do you get in if nobody's home?
Lockbox, door code, or key hand-off. Whatever works for you or your agent. Just include the details in your request.
