Move-in and move-out cleaning starts at $275, the same as our Property Ready service. Your final price depends on the size of the home, its condition, and whether it's empty.

Every quote is written for your specific home, with what's included spelled out.

    We show up in the window we agreed on, bring our own supplies, and work the checklist room by room.

  4. You come home to clean

    Set your keys down and enjoy it. If anything isn't right, tell us. We'd rather hear it than not.

Will a move-out clean help me get my security deposit back?

A thorough move-out clean covers what most landlords look at: inside appliances and cabinets, bathrooms, baseboards, and floors. Deposit decisions are up to your landlord, so send us any move-out checklist they gave you and we'll follow it.

Should the home be empty?

Empty is best. We can reach everything, and it goes faster. If a few things are still there, let us know and we'll work around them. We don't pack, sort, or haul away belongings.

When should I book?

As soon as you know your dates. Move timelines tend to be tight, and the earlier you reach out, the more options we'll have.

Do I need to be there?

No. A lockbox, door code, or key hand-off works fine, and we'll send photos when we're done. That's handy if you've already left town.

Can you clean my new home and my old one?

Yes. Mention both addresses in your request and we'll quote them together.
