We shoot both, work the Property Ready checklist top to bottom, and text you the after photos when we lock up.

Do you clean occupied listings?
Yes. We clean occupied and vacant properties. For occupied homes, we'll coordinate timing with you and the sellers.
Who should the quote go to?
Whoever is handling it: you, the seller, or the buyer. Note it in your request and we'll follow up with the right person.
How do you handle access?
Lockbox, door code, or key hand-off. Put the details in the access notes and we'll confirm before the clean.
Do you send photos?
Yes. We take before and after photos on Property Ready cleans so you can see the result without a trip to the property.
Which areas do you cover?
Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. If a listing is just outside those areas, send it anyway and we'll let you know.
